EMERGENCY ACCOUNTABILITY

ACTIVE SHOOTER DRILL ACHIEVES 100% ACCOUNTABILITY IN MINUTES

A Navy Unit used Mustr to securely achieve 100% personnel accountability in ~30 minutes during a base-wide active shooter drill. With Mustr, the Navy Unit was able to muster the command 95% faster than the rest of the base.

REMOVING BARRIERS TO MENTAL HEALTH

During holiday block leave and reserve mobilizations, three brigade-sized Army and Marine units used Mustr to:

  • ‍Increase engagement with separated personnel and drive 1.5x higher attendance atIndividual Ready Reserv mobilizations
  • Identify 44 active duty soldiers who were in a mental health crisis and needed assistance. Identified 36 separated reserve Marines who needed VA and mental health support.
  • During the holiday vacation, the command suffered zero suicides and zero AWOL.
